The mythical beast, The Unicorn, embroidered onto Royal Blue Velvet with Bullion thread. A unique decoration for any festival or celebration.
The embroidery is on one side and plain fabric on the back. It is padded to approximately one centimeter at it’s thickest part.

HISTORY
UNICORN
The unicorn is a mythical beast that possibly had an animal ancestor in the mists of history. To-day exists the narwahl which has a single horn.
In Medieval Europe the unicorn is portrayed as pure white and has magical powers of love and to cure illness. It was very illusive, living in deep forests and almost impossible to catch as it could run so fast.
Interestingly, the Unicorn is possibly the only mythical creature that is not a monster. Most mythical beasts are based on human fears but the Unicorn are revered and seek to do good deeds.
