This powerful and magical talisman is said to protect the wearer from disease, even depression and anxiety.
In Norse mythology it was said to be worn between the eyes in battle to strike fear into the enemy.
RUNES –
Viking Runes (Elder Futhark runes) – Runes are a type of alphabet not only spelling something out but often having a mystical power. The alphabet consists of 24 symbols and was used in Scandinavia and Northern Europe from about 200-800 AD. Runes were used on jewellery, weapons, amulets, tools and carved into standing stones.
