Classic Kilt Pin designed by Miracle jewellery, made by St.Justin of Cornwall.
Can be used as a Kilt Pin or Brooch for a jacket.
Antiqued pewter sword brooch with Heraldic Rampant Lion on top of the blade and amethyst glass stone embellishments on the handle. Secures to a garment by way of a pin with locking, safety catch.
Approx 102mm high x 32mm wide.

HISTORY
The Heraldic Rampant Lion is found on many Coat of Arms and shows a lion on his hind legs about to attack. It is regarded as a symbol of bravery and readiness for battle. In Scotland this image is used on the Royal Banner of Scotland and was first used in 1222 by King Alexander II.
