Product Description
Rare Finds
One of a kind, vintage and antique pieces of Celtic Heritage and Historical content.
Special items that are unique and possibly not to be found elsewhere.
ZOOMORPHIC (animal forms)
Images of animals, birds and imaginary creatures are often found in Celtic Art intertwined in knotwork. Birds and snakes are quite common but hounds, horses, deer, lions and boars are found too.
Snake/Serpent
The serpent design is often seen on Celtic artifacts and can represent rebirth and immortality as a snake sheds it's skin repeatedly. Often a snake is represented eating it's own tail and this is called an 'ouroboros', a sign of infinity and the cycle of life.
