Product Description
HISTORY
Triskele: A design of three interlocking spirals and most common in Celtic art. Fine examples are found at the Neolithic tomb site of Newgrange in Ireland, about 3200 BC, on stone carvings. There are several interpretations of its meaning - the continuity of life, or the relationship between earth, water and sky. Another theory is Motherhood and pregnancy, each spiral representing three months.
